Customer service is an important element of the Willoughby City Strategy. Like most businesses, Willoughby City Council knows that its success lies in delivering excellent service to you, our customer. A Customer Service Charter sets out our commitment to provide you with the service provision you can expect. A Customer Service Charter is also an essential part of our customer relationship with you. It should be a clear, succinct explanation of what Council promises to do for its customers, what it expects from them in order to deliver this and how to engage with Council if there is a problem.

At Council, we also continually look for opportunities for regular customer feedback .We have drafted this Willoughby City Council Customer Service Charter and welcome your views, comments and feedback.

Following the consultation period, management will review all feedback and release a final version. We look forward to hearing your views.
