North Arm Reserve Action Plan

Consultation has concluded

North Arm Reserve is Council’s largest bushland reserve that follows the northern shoreline of Sugarloaf Bay located in Scotts Creek catchment, Castle Cove and Middle Cove. It is 45.9ha and is part of a continuous green corridor from Explosives Reserve to the north, Willis Park to the west, and Harold Reid Reserve to the south. The reserve is important for passive recreation with the 4.5km North Arm Walking Track passing through it.

This draft bushland Reserve Action Plan outlines the management objectives for the next 5 years to protect and preserve North Arm Reserve’s natural features. Actions include weed removal along the creekline and stormwater lines, improvements to tracks, and prescribed burns for asset protection and to enhance biodiversity.
