Delivery Program 2017-2021 & Operational Plan 2018-2019

The draft Delivery Program 2017-2021 is Council’s four-year program that translates the priorities and aspirations in Our Future Willoughby 2028 into actions. It identifies each outcome and assigns priority projects and programs with indicators and targets.

The draft Operational Plan 2018-2019 is Council’s one-year plan which sets out specific programs, projects and activities to be completed in that financial year.

All feedback received was reviewed and a report prepared for Council consideration. Council adopted both documents at Council’s Ordinary Meeting on Monday evening 25 June 2018.
