Background

Council is forming a Citizens Panel to inform and guide the development of the O H Reid Reserve Master Plan. The Panel will represent the views of key stakeholders, the community and other interested parties, providing recommendations for the draft Master Plan. Staff will then develop the Master Plan, before placing it on public exhibition for community feedback.

10 community members and stakeholders will be selected to make up the Citizens Panel.

Applicants should read the Terms of Reference for the Citizens Panel before completing an online Expression of Interest.

Expressions of Interest close 5pm Tuesday 9 July 2019.

The sessions will run on a weekday evening for 2 hours. A maximum of four evening meetings for the Citizens Panel are scheduled for August-October 2019. Meetings will be held at the Dougherty Community Centre.

• NOTE: To be selected for the Citizens Panel, you must be available to attend all 4 meetings.

Panel Members will be selected through the EOI process by a Panel consisting of the West Ward Councillors, Mayor and General Manager. The information that you provide below will be assessed by the selection panel.

The Citizens Panel will be facilitated by an external community engagement consultant on behalf of Council.
