    In today’s increasingly competitive job market we need a brand that helps us to attract and retain employees and to show that WCC is a great place to work.

    As a result of this survey we aim to identify why WCC would be seen as an employer of choice.

    Everything from the salary and benefits, social club, culture and values etc. can impact on the impression we are making on potential employees.
