Willoughby Development Control Plan Amendment (WDCP) - Water Management

Consultation has concluded

A draft amended Part C5 of Willoughby Development Control (WDCP) - Water Management, together with amended Technical Standard No1 – Stormwater Management, are on public exhibition from 25 April to 23 May.

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Part C5 and the Technical Standard is to make these documents more relevant to current best practice for water conservation/reuse and stormwater management. The proposed changes would remove some of the onerous requirements for the installation of rainwater reuse tanks for minor developments.

The draft amended Part C5 – Water Management and amended Technical Standard No1 – Stormwater Management can be viewed here in the Supporting Documents section of this page and at Level 4 of Council’s Administration building at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
