At its meeting on June 23 2025, Council resolved in part:

16. Note Council’s ongoing commitment to work with existing stallholders, waitlisted

stallholders and affected surrounding businesses on future plans for the market and

its promotion before making changes including shifting locations of stallholders or

placing stalls outside existing businesses.

18. Commit to developing a Plain English version of the terms and conditions and other

market documentation and provide information on existing Council services for non-

english speaking stallholders.
