Consultation has concluded

Thank you for your feedback on the Delivery Program 2025-29 and Fees and Charges 2025-26. We received 50 submissions during the community engagement period from 29 April to 27 May 2025.

The feedback demonstrated focused interest in equitable access to community facilities, local infrastructure investment, and financial accountability with the key themes in the comments being: 

  • Commercial hire fees 
  • Budget prioritisation
  • Service delivery
  • Council rates 
  • Street parking

The following documents are now on exhibition, and your feedback is an important part of the process: 

  • Draft Delivery Program 2025-29 and Operational Plan 2025/26 translates the priorities and aspirations outlined in our Community Strategic Plan: Our Future Willoughby 2036 into clear actions. It identifies priority projects, programs, and measurable targets to guide Council’s work over the next four years.

  • Draft Annual Fees and Charges 2025/26 outlines changes to Council’s fees and charges for the upcoming financial year. 

Together, these plans show how Council will meet the evolving needs of our growing and diverse community.
