The Draft Beverley Blacklock Reserve Action Plan 2023 (RAP) was adopted by Council at its last meeting in May. The adopted RAP can now be viewed on this page and on the RAP webpage. We thank you for your feedback.


Willoughby City Council is seeking community feedback for Beverley Blacklock Reserve.

Please review the Draft Beverley Blacklock Reserve Action Plan in the Document Library and leave your comments below in the survey prior to closure of the community consultation period at 5 pm, Wednesday 12th April 2023.

Beverley Blacklock Reserve is a long, narrow bushland reserve that hugs the south-east corner of the Castlecrag peninsula set on the shores of Middle Harbour. The reserve plays an important role in maintaining the natural landscape character of Castlecrag and provides continuous connectivity of habitat for native wildlife.

Key Actions for the Draft Reserve Action Plan 2023:

  • Bush regeneration
  • Tree health inspections
  • Monitoring of the tidal rock platform below Cheyne Walk
