The Property Strategy was adopted by Council on the 11 May 2020. A copy of the final adopted Property Strategy can be found int the supporting documents to the right of this screen.
Background
Comment on the draft Council Property Strategy were invited before Sunday 19 April 2020.
The strategy provides Council with a strategic approach to the development and management of our property assets into the future.
Key elements of the strategy can be found on page 16 of the strategy.
Any future proposal involving Council property will require a business case presented for council consideration following further community consultation on the project.
Please take a few minutes to review the draft Council Property Strategy in the 'supporting documents' section of this page or at Level 4 of Council’s Administration building at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood from 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Written submissions should be sent to email@willoughby.nsw.gov.au or posted to PO Box 57, Chatswood NSW 2057 by Monday 23 March 2020.
