Consultation has concluded

The Willoughby Local Infrastructure Contributions Policy and Plan 2019 came into effect on 4 July 2019

Willoughby City Council, at its meeting on 11 June 2019, resolved to adopt the Willoughby Local Infrastructure Contributions Policy 2019 and the Willoughby Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2019

The exhibition of the Draft Willoughby Local Infrastructure Contributions Policy & Plan has concluded. Submissions received were reviewed and the outcomes of the consultation were reported to Council on Tuesday, 11 June 2019.


Council is reviewing its development contributions policy to better support local infrastructure works needed in response to future growth in Willoughby. The Draft Willoughby Local Infrastructure Contributions Policy & Plan revise Council’s existing Section 94A Contributions Plans and introduce the combination of sections 7.11 & 7.12 (formerly referred as sections 94 & 94A) types of development contributions.

The document can be viewed here in the Supporting Documents section or at Council’s Customer Service Centre (Level 4, 31 Victor St, Chatswood) during business hours between Monday, 28 January to Thursday, 28 February 2019.

Making a Submission

Any person may make a written submission during the exhibition period via Council’s website, email@willoughby.nsw.gov.au or mailing to Willoughby City Council, PO Box 57, Chatswood NSW 2057.
