Willoughby City Council’s Draft 2019-2020 Operational Plan, Budget, Revenue Policy and Fees and Charges is available here for 28 days public consultation from Tuesday 14 May until Tuesday 11 June 2019, following Council approval for public exhibition on Monday 13 May 2019.

The Draft Operational Plan provides details of the activities that Council will undertake within the next year, to make progress against the commitments made in Council’s four year Delivery Program. It includes expected income and expenditure and rates.

This document relates to the Draft Fees and Charges that is also on public exhibition.

The Draft Operational Plan and the Draft Fees and Charges are available to download in the ‘Library’ section of this website page and in hard copy at Council's Customer Service Centre, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood and at Chatswood and branch libraries during open hours. The community can provide feedback below or in writing addressed to the General Manager at: The General Manager, Willoughby City Council, PO Box 57, Chatswood, NSW 2057. Submissions will be received up until Tuesday 11 June 2019.

All feedback received will be reviewed before the final Operational Plan and Budget is presented to Council for adoption.
