The exhibition of the Draft Willoughby Planning Agreement Policy & Procedures Manual is now closed.

Submissions received are under review and the outcomes of the consultation will be reported to Council.

Council has revised and updated the existing Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) Policy 2013 to present a more transparent process for accepting, negotiating and valuing public benefits, including making explicit Council’s position on value capturing contributions associated with the process of planning proposals.

The document can be viewed here in the Supporting Documents section or at Council’s Customer Service Centre (Level 4, 31 Victor St, Chatswood) during business hours between Monday, 28 January to Thursday, 28 February 2019.

Making a Submission

Any person may make a written submission during the exhibition period via Council’s website, email@willoughby.nsw.gov.au or mailing to Willoughby City Council, PO Box 57, Chatswood NSW 2057.
