Consultation has concluded

Willoughby City Council wants your thoughts before Friday 15 Feb 2019 about proposed footpath improvements, including include streetscape upgrades which might include footpath, kerb and gutter, and in ground planting beds in your local shopping precinct area.

The proposed improvements for High St can be seen in the attached streetscape sketch in the Document Library section of this page and include; replacing the existing footpath pavement which is Asphalt with a brick border with Shotblast pavers and replacing the existing street furniture within the shopping strip on High St between Alexander Ave and Glover St.

Shop owners should receive a letter and concept plans for the works along with a visit to the premises from Imad Sakr, Council's Project Manager.

Construction is proposed to commence in April for completion in Jun 2019.
