Willoughby City Council has commissioned service design consultancy Proto Partners to conduct community research to help drive continued improvements in the Council’s delivery of customer experience.

This work forms part of the Council’s commitment to deliver a Customer Experience Strategy before the end of 2022.

To help us with this work, we are asking community members to complete this survey.

The survey consists of three questions and will take under four minutes to complete.

Update: In February 2023 the Council released its draft Customer Experience Strategy for feedback.
