Willoughby City Council is creating a Willoughby Road Safety Plan (Willoughby RSP) to address ‘road trauma’ (deaths and injuries due to road crashes) and foster a culture of road safety within the City of Willoughby.
Willoughby RSP will be one of the supporting plans to Council’s existing Willoughby Integrated Transport Strategy (ITS) 2036 - Council’s overarching framework for transport planning and initiatives to 2036.
Following community consultation from the 8 November to 11 December 2022, Council will now consider the feedback gathered from the road safety survey and submissions to create the draft Willoughby RSP document.
Council will use your responses to create the draft Willoughby RSP document, which is intended to be placed on public exhibition in early 2023. The public exhibition of the draft document will be accompanied by further engagement activities and there will be another opportunity to provide input at that time.
Thank you in advance for your response and helping create the Willoughby RSP.
