Project update - July 2026

Following the strong community support for the installation of permanent fitness station at Muston Park, Council has agreed to install exercise equipment in Muston Park, incorporating elements that were mentioned in community feedback. A mix of dynamic and static equipment have been chosen, offering a balance of strength and cardio opportunities suitable for a wide range of users.

The colours selected complement the park’s natural character. The exercise station has been connected to the existing path network, and seating has been included to support rest and inclusive use.

Installation of the exercise equipment is scheduled from 20 July to 11 September 2026, weather permitting.
