A survey conducted by research company Micromex on behalf of Council, which gathered feedback from 419 residents and was designed to be representative of the age and gender characteristics of the Willoughby adult population.
Preparation of a comprehensive and final engagement outcomes report is underway. This will include analysis of areas not covered in the preliminary analysis, including the many comments and submissions received.
This report will be published as part of the agenda for the 27 November Council meeting, at which Council is expected to make a decision on the rate rise options.
The above preliminary information is being released to allow an early understanding of community feedback on the rate rise options, particularly given the reporting to the November Council meeting will be extensive.
