The new Willoughby Leisure Centre is opening later this year and we're asking for your feedback on proposed parking changes in:

  • Willoughby Leisure Centre car parks
  • Grassed car park on Small Street
  • Flat Rock Reserve car park
  • Pendey Street
  • Artarmon Road
  • Small Street

Why we’re proposing the changes

As more people use the new facilities, we’re expecting parking demand to increase, particularly on weekends and during the netball season from March to September.
The proposed changes aim to improve access for residents, visitors and facility users, manage parking more effectively and help keep traffic moving safely.
