Reserve Action Plans (RAPs) outline the main bushland management actions Council intends to deliver to preserve and enhance local ecology. Council is currently preparing a new RAP for Richmond Avenue Reserve and is asking for feedback.


Richmond Avenue Reserve is a 1.2 hectare bushland reserve located between the end of Richmond Avenue and Walter Street, Willoughby.


Key Actions for the Draft Reserve Action Plan 2026 include:

● Revegetation
