Regulate, as was previously done [pre-2000], so that any new development must be designed to a common preexisting aesthetic. Unregulated ugly new buildings create an ugly suburb which in the long run dissipate any sense of community and will lower housing prices.

Get rid of all the roadside weeds and rubbish

Make Chatswood more attractive to younger people

Non Religions Play Group/ Parent’s Club/Grandparent’s Club for Children and Carers to Attend

I hope council could organise non religions play group/ parent’s club/grandparent’s club for children and carers to attend. The modern day family structure- nuclear family style may cause loneliness, isolation and disconnection to many stay at home primary children carers, usually the mothers. I hope council is able to create a more supportive environment for these mothers, to help them feel connected and engaged in a community.
