The Draft Resourcing Strategy 2025–35 outlines how Council will sustainably manage its people, assets, and finances to support the delivery of the Delivery Program 2025–29 and Operational Plan 2025/26.

The following documents are now on public exhibition, and your feedback is an important part of the process:

• Draft Resourcing Strategy 2025–35, which includes:
  • Long Term Financial Plan 2025–35 (LTFP)
  • Workforce Plan 2025–29
  • Asset Management Strategy 2025–35
• Separate Asset Management Plans for Roads, Buildings, Open Space, and Stormwater, which outline how each asset category will be sustainably managed and funded.
