Willoughby City Council's Public Spaces and Recreation Strategy prioritises a place-based approach to uphold community priorities in future development upgrades and ways to enhance our spaces through activations. Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for a co-design workshop for Bailey Playground in Castlecrag to be held at 6:30 -8pm on Monday 27 July 2026. Council staff will review EOI responses and select a smaller representative group of co-design workshop participants.
