KenWilsonalmost 2 years agoReplace planned West harbor road tunnel and Northern Beaches link with turn up and go Metro from Dee Why to Chatswood via French's Forest,
This would would link to Paramatta via existing Chatswood to Epping and then new Epping to Parramatta rail giving Willoughby rail connections to the 3 planning cities, Eastern Harbor (Sydney CBD) Central River (Parramatta) and Western Parkland (2nd Airport) Look to fund the metro using developer contributions from land rezoned for higher density along the route

The Frank Channon walk currently ends in nelson street. Once the metro is completed the walkway could be extended through to Mowbray rd, perhaps even to artarmon station
