The final draft Our Future Willoughby 2032 along with the four year Delivery Program 2022-2026, and one year Operational Plan 2022-2023 were were reported to Council on Monday 27th June 2022(External link).
The final adopted Our Future Willoughby 2032 and supportive suite of documents have been uploaded here.
In May 2022, Willoughby City Council released a comprehensive update to its Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework, which included:
- A five-year review of council’s Community Strategic Plan (CSP), Our Future Willoughby 2028, which was published in 2018
- A new four-year Delivery Program which outlines the programs and actions which will implement the Community Strategic Plan
- An Operational Plan, which includes the Council’s major projects and capital works, fees and charges and financial policy in 2022/23
- A Resourcing Strategy, which includes a Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP), Asset Management Strategy and Workforce Plan
The exhibited documents incorporated four years of community consultation and included proposed new priorities including building community resilience to shocks and stress and boosting tree canopy coverage.
