Develop in the commercial zone but protect the residential areas
Definitely enhance the vibrancy of the business and entertainment zones. But in the adjacent residential areas protect the bush views, period architecture and "leafy north shore" environment which is the draw card for people wanting to live in the vicinity in the first place.

Give our community the opportunity to advance commercially! allow us to try out new business ideas in unique spaces. Currently, only those who can afford commercial leases can set up a business. What if we could access spaces or share spaces to try new ideas. What a vibrant community that would bring!
