Tell us what you would like at the former Artarmon Bowling Clubhouse site.
Council is seeking your thoughts and ideas on future use of the former Artarmon Bowling Clubhouse.
In February 2016 Council acquired the former Artarmon Bowling Club site. A condition of purchase was that the Bowling Club site remains a community recreation facility. A project is currently underway to create a new Parklands precinct on the grounds of the former Artarmon Bowling Club which incorporates a community garden, open space, outdoor exercise area and children’s playgrounds. Council is also looking to increase the availability of existing community facilities in Artarmon.
As part if this process, Council wishes to finalise the future use of the former Artarmon Bowling Clubhouse. The options for use are;
Option 1
Keep Artarmon Bowling Clubhouse as it is.
Option 2
Refurbish the Clubhouse as a community facility.
Option 3
Replace the Clubhouse with an outdoor recreation pavilion.
